Description

The HDV Premium Face shield features a flip down, ANSI Z87 Plus-rated polycarbonate face shield that is completely optically correct, making it a superior choice for those engaging in detailed work where finesse and maximum visibility is required.

The Z87.1 “Plus” impact rating means the optically-clear visor has passed additional impact testing over and above a Z87 rated shield. These tests include:

  1. A penetrating strike from a 500 gram (1.1 lb) spike dropped from a height of 1.2 meters (4.2 ft)
  2. A high-velocity impact from a 6.25 mm (1/4”) ball bearing fired at 20 different specified impact points

Extremely lightweight, weighing just XXXX grams, and featuring an adjustable ratcheting suspension system designed to minimize pressure points, the HDV Premium Face Shield will remain comfortable even after hours of use.

Key Features:

  • Z87 Impact-rated, optically correct face shield
  • Flip-up hinges allow for improved communication and ventilation when taking a break from work
  • Clear visor is removable / replaceable by the user on an as needed basis
  • Lightweight construction ensures face shield can be worn for extended periods without creating user fatigue
