No more burned fingers, John Jordan has developed a jig to save your 3/16 inch HSS cutter tool life. Grind an accurate angle bevel every time! John has come up with a great idea and he has agreed to allow me to make it available on my website.
- Glue a block of wood on your grinder table ½ inch away from the edge to accurately “set back” the 3/16 inch HSS cutter in the jig.
- Simply line up the cutter in the jig to the grinding wheel with about a 65 degree angle bevel. Mark the Wolverine arm and drill a 1/8 inch hole for the pivot point.
